Max Tsoy

Max Tsoy is an associate attorney in the Miami office and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2014. Mr. Tsoy handles an active litigation practice in the areas of insurance bad faith, insurance coverage, and breach of contract. Mr. Tsoy has trial experience litigating first and third-party insurance bad faith cases in both Florida and federal courts. He has appellate experience handling matters before Florida’s District Courts of Appeal and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He obtained his law degree from University of Miami School of Law (Juris Doctor, 2014). He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
