As a trial firm, all lawyers in the firm are actively engaged in trial practice. It is the belief of the firm that in the representation and defense of its clients, proper trial preparation and a reputation in the communities in which we practice for being willing to go forward to trial on appropriate cases is essential to obtaining good results. Although not all cases are appropriate for trial and not all cases should be tried, it is an abiding belief of the firm that consistently good results cannot be achieved for a client unless the firm has established a reputation in the communities in which it practices as a group of highly skilled and aggressive trial lawyers.
